St. Louis REALTORS Leadership Academy Hosts Meeting at STLCF

The St. Louis REALTORS recently hosted a meeting at the St. Louis Community Foundation (STLCF) offices for their Leadership Academy, which gives future leaders in the industry the opportunity to “LEAP” into the future – Lead, Engage, Act and Perform.  

The focus of the academy is to develop future leaders, not only for the association, but also for local communities. Members a part of the academy develop leadership skills that are applicable to all facets of their lives, and expands the candidates’ overall awareness of real estate, community, and government initiatives to build well-rounded leaders. 

During the meeting, Dara Eskridge, Executive Director of Invest STL, presented information about the goals and objectives of Invest STL and how awareness of the initiative will be applicable to their work. While Amelia Bond, President and CEO of the St. Louis Community Foundation, highlighted the role of the Foundation in the community and how the Foundation can connect with St. Louis realtors.

This is the second year of the academy, with the program beginning in March and ending in October.
