Creating Pathways to Opportunity: Fathers & Families Support Center

Economic mobility is about more than finding a job. It is about creating pathways for people to build skills, advance their careers and achieve greater financial stability.

Through support from the St. Louis Community Foundation’s Economic Mobility Fund, Fathers & Families Support Center expanded its Employment Development & Mentoring Program, helping participants access training, credentials, career pathways and the tools they need to pursue their goals.
