Presenters: Elizabeth George, MBA, MSW, Director of Community Investment; Nikki Martinez, Community Investment Manager; and Emily Seiple, Community Investment Assistant
Every foundation has a different approach to reviewing grants, including the foundations and competitive funding opportunities through the St. Louis Community Foundation. Understanding how to structure a good grant proposal, as well as how to customize your proposal for an individual funder, will increase your chances of winning that grant. The St. Louis Community Foundation’s Community Investment team will cover the nuts and bolts of their approach to the Missouri Common Grant Application, as well as provide a look at the perspectives and approaches of the funds and foundations with which we work.
