Give STL Day Nominated for Best Local Charity Event

Give STL Day, the St. Louis Community Foundation’s signature community giving event, was nominated for “Best Local Charity Event” at the St. Louis Post Dispatch’s 2024 Headliner Awards. Amidst fierce competition, Give STL Day was voted into the top three charity events. The Headliner Awards “celebrate the best of St. Louis” across 14 unique categories.

Give STL Day engaged more than 15,500 unique donors on May 9, 2024. “The giving day has truly become a day our whole community can look forward to,” said Emily Baumann, Communications Manager at the St. Louis Community Foundation. Baumann leads the effort behind Give STL Day with support from the entire Foundation team. “It’s a wonderful event during which anyone can experience the joy of giving to their favorite nonprofit. We are grateful to our community for nominatingGive STL Day as best local charity event, and for everyone who voted it into the top three!”
