What We Do
The Transformational Leadership Initiative partners with districts and schools in the St. Louis region to create cultures that encourage educators to lead and share power and accountability. Our program aligns with the goals of Missouri School Improvement Program, supporting schools in creating engaging environments for all students. While each of our partners has unique circumstances that led them to TLI, each has a need to create high-quality, warm, engaging school environments.They share a commitment to developing leaders from within their schools, practicing a distributed leadership model, integrating evidence-based strategies into instruction, and utilizing equity-minded strategies to improve student outcomes.
