What We Do
The School Transformation Initiative leverages human-centered design principles and a distributed leadership model to achieve holistic school transformation. We partner with school communities to increase teacher agency, develop a shared vision, and build the infrastructure and culture needed to support that vision.
The School Transformation Initiative is a component fund of the St. Louis Community Foundation.
Why We Do It
When teachers have decision making power, they are more effective and empowered leaders in and out of the classroom. TLI supports educators to enhance instructional methods, deepen their leadership skills, and utilize equity-minded strategies for teaching and learning to improve student outcomes.
